- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our members.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor in all interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a high standard of service.
- Proven customer service experience is a must.
- Cash handling experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and math skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
