Rhett Ricart is President and CEO of Ricart Automotive Group, in Groveport, Ohio.
Ricart Ford was founded in June 1953, by his father, Paul Ricart Sr. It was his father's philosophy that in order to lead, you have to work alongside the employees
first so he started out washing cars and worked in every aspect of the business.
In 1982, Rhett and his brother, Fred, assumed ownership of the dealership.
In 1986, the dealership achieved the honor of top Ford Retail Dealer in the nation, an honor they held for fifteen years as well as the distinction of being the largest single dealership, in the world, for four straight years. Ricart Automotive operates in Central Ohio and sells several retail lines including, Ford, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Hyundai and Kia.
Today, they employ over 500 and annually sell approximately 14,000 new and used vehicles across six new product lines.
Rhett Ricart is responsible for the operations of the three core Ricart Family businesses, which include Automotive Retail Sales and Service, Ricart Financial Services, and various Ricart real estate holdings.
